Absolutely outstanding – having spent 5 months battling with zero communication from a large windows and doors company, I can only say what a breath of fresh air this company is.

The whole process from initial email to installation was less than 4 weeks.

Great communication, I was informed at every step of the process. If they said they would call, they did. If they needed any more information, an email was sent to me promptly and responded to promptly.

Most of all, the canopy is beautiful. It looks fantastic alongside my new windows and doors (which I did finally get!) and is the real finishing touch in transforming the outside of my property.
